If you’re out of cannellini beans, try using other white beans, such as navy beans or great northern beans, instead. They’ll give you a similar creamy texture and mild flavour, ensuring your hummus turns out just as delicious.

Quick and Health White Bean Hummus Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can cannellini beans drained
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Za’atar spice blend to season (sub with sesame seeds or sweet paprika powder)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except Za’atar to a blender, and mix on high or pulse until the mixture is smooth.
