- 1 can cannellini beans drained
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Za’atar spice blend to season (sub with sesame seeds or sweet paprika powder)
Add all ingredients except Za’atar to a blender, and mix on high or pulse until the mixture is smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and sprinkle with Za’atar.
Serve with flatbread, salad or sliced crunchy vegetables.
