- 200 g chickpea flour 1 cup
- 250 ml water 1 cup
- ½ tsp salt
Combine chickpea flour and salt in a bowl.
Gradually whisk in water until it forms a thick batter.
Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat.
Pour a ladle of batter onto the hot pan to form a circular pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form and edges lift.
Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve warm or cold with desired toppings or dips.
